Two water bottling lines for the Piligrim brewery

For a facility in Murmansk we designed and supplied equipment for two independent water blowing and filling lines. Splitting production into two lines made it possible to set up separate process flows for small- and large-format containers.

Task

Set up water production in two significantly different container formats without mutual changeovers.

What we did

    Split production into two independent blowing and filling lines.

    Built a high-speed flow of up to 6,000 bph for the 0.5 L PET.

  3. 3

    Built a separate flow of up to 600 bph for the 5 L PET.

  4. 4

    Designed and delivered equipment sets for both lines.
