EDEN Performance System · plants in operation

The line is already running.
The question is at what percentage

We assess the efficiency of a running line, close spare-part risks, run the service and prepare upgrades — without replacing equipment ahead of time.

Filling and packaging of beverages, food, oils and technical liquids.

  • Actual speed versus rated speed
  • Downtime, rejects and bottlenecks per unit
  • A plan: service, spares or an upgrade

Four stages of work with a running line

The stages follow one another, but you can enter at any point. Most plants start with Assess — without numbers the other steps are guesswork.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand what the line is actually doing

An engineering assessment: actual versus rated speed, bottlenecks, causes of stoppages, product and packaging losses.

Outcome: A line report and a 90-day action plan

  2. 02

    Protect

Close the risk of a sudden stop

We review which components are truly critical, what is already discontinued and what stock must be held before the next stoppage.

Outcome: A risk map and a critical spares list

  3. 03

    Care

Move from emergencies to planned work

A service programme: remote support, scheduled visits, high-season preparation, PLC and HMI backups, operator training.

Outcome: A predictable line and one owner of its condition

  4. 04

    Upgrade

    Add capacity or new formats

Unit modernisation, automation and retrofit, new packaging formats, capacity expansion — up to a new line.

Outcome: A development project with effect and payback

Breaking the line down node by node

Losses almost never sit in a single machine. Pick a node — we show what we check and how it shows up on the floor.

What we check

  • under- and overfilling
  • foaming
  • product losses
  • temperature control

How it shows on the floor: Weight checks show spread and product goes into overfill.

How an assessment starts

The format follows the task and the depth of available data. You can start remotely and move on site when it is justified.

Remote review

We work from your data: photos, line video, nameplates, downtime logs and rated figures.

No travel · start within days

On-site audit

An engineer works on the floor: shift timing, measurements, unit inspection and operator interviews.

1-3 days on site · full line report

Recurring review

The assessment repeats on schedule within EDEN Care: figures are recorded and compared with the previous measurement.

Part of the service programme

What you get in the end

The EDEN Line Report is a working document, not a deck: the numbers of your running line, the causes of losses and a prioritised list of measures with payback.

  • 01

    Line passport

Equipment list, year, operating modes, product formats.

  • 02

    Measurements

Actual speed, downtime by cause, scrap and losses.

  • 03

    Bottlenecks

Exactly where the line loses pace and why it happens.

  • 04

    Risks

Critical and discontinued components, state of the automation.

  • 05

    90-day plan

Prioritised measures: settings, spares, retrofit, service.

  • 06

    Economics

Expected effect, cost of measures and payback period.

Four steps from request to plan

  1. 01

    Data

You fill in a short form: product, line, what is happening. Photos and video are optional.

  2. 02

    Review

An engineer studies the material and comes back with a first assessment and questions.

  3. 03

    Format

We agree on the format: remote review, an on-site visit or a specific job straight away.

  4. 04

    Plan

You get the line report and a prioritised list of measures with effect and payback.

What we measure first

Every assessment is built on the numbers of your running line, not generic advice. Missing data is collected on site.

Modernisation and new lines

Once the running line meets its targets, the next step is more capacity or a new line. The configurator drafts a concept and an engineer verifies it.
