We supplied a compact drinking water bottling line for the plant's internal consumption: water treatment, PET filling and capping within a limited footprint inside an operating facility.

We designed and supplied equipment for a new plant: water treatment, PET blowing, and filling of carbonated and still water and beverages. Output — up to 6,000 bph.
We supplied equipment for hot filling juice into 1 L glass bottles. Line output — up to 3,000 bottles per hour.

We supplied equipment for blowing and filling water and beverages into 0.6 and 1.5 L PET containers. Output — up to 3,000 bottles per hour.

We designed and supplied two water blowing and filling lines: 600 bph for 5 L PET and 6,000 bph for the 0.5 L format.
We supplied equipment for blowing and filling carbonated and still products into 1.5 L PET. Line output — up to 4,000 bph.
We supplied a still water bottling line for 19 L jugs with output of up to 300 jugs per hour.
We supplied equipment for bottling still water into 19 L jugs with output of up to 150 jugs per hour.
We supplied equipment for an in-house PET container blowing section with output of up to 900 bottles per hour.

Water bottled in 0.5 / 1.5 / 5 / 19 L formats. Lines for 4,500 and 3,000 bottles/hour (0.5 and 1.5 L) and a 250 bottles/hour line for 19 L were commissioned in stages — the plant eliminated changeovers and cut costs.

Cost and profitability estimates per specifications of the Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture. Identified incompatibilities between different suppliers' equipment; delivered capacity engineering and a process-chain layout compliant with sanitary rules.

Profitability calculation, site selection in the Drozhzhanoye industrial park, equipment supply and commissioning. Result — lower cost of production and higher business profitability.
We inspected production sites, assessed the feasibility of building a new plant, and developed technical specifications for procuring four bottling lines — from the production concept through to project readiness.
We inspected the equipment of the existing water treatment system and assessed the technical condition of its main units. Established the basis for further maintenance and upgrade of the system.
We carried out a full technical inspection of an operating bottling line: inspected the equipment and assessed how the machines interact within a single production chain.
