Eden Systems — Complete Bottling Systems

Shifa plant, Leninogorsk district, Tatarstan

The plant bottles artesian water in four packaging formats. Historically all volumes ran through a single universal line, and the plant was losing shifts to changeovers. We split the flows by purpose and closed out each format with a dedicated equipment set, stage by stage.

Task

Eliminate constant changeovers on the universal line and increase daily output without expanding the workshop or operator headcount.

What we did

  1. 1

    Split the product range: a high-speed triblock at 4,500 bph for 0.5 L, a separate 3,000 bph line for 1.5 L, and a semi-automatic 250 bph section for 19 L.

  2. 2

Redesigned the area layout so packaging and finished goods flows didn't cross.

  3. 3

Upgraded water treatment and the CIP circuit for the increased volume.

  4. 4

Phased commissioning: each line started up without stopping the others.
