An eight-head servo-piston machine for viscous products — linseed and sesame oil, sauces, household chemicals. The servo drive returns the piston to the same point each cycle, and filling slows near the end of the dose to avoid splashing the bottle neck.

FAQ
Why is weight filling recommended for oil?
Oil viscosity changes noticeably with temperature, so a volumetric dose drifts. The weight principle measures actual mass and keeps the fill within the packaging-law tolerance.
Can one machine fill both 1 L and 5 L?
Yes, with the right load-cell range and interchangeable conveyor guides. Changeover takes about 30 minutes.
