Stage 01 of 9
Business plan and financial model for a bottling line
We calculate project payback before the contract is signed: scenarios for raw materials, currency, sales channels and line load. The output is a document you can take to a bank, an investor or the board.

Equipment
What the customer receives
A multi-vendor approach: we select units for the task and budget, not for a single manufacturer's price list.
- An Excel model with open formulas and switchable scenarios
- An investment memorandum (25–40 pages) in bank-ready format
- A line specification with indicative prices and delivery times
- A month-by-month investment schedule for loan or lease tranches
- Unit cost calculation for every SKU
- A presentation for the board / investment committee
What the customer gets
Why this works for us
A model, not a PDF deck
Excel with all formulas and variables — the customer controls the scenarios themselves.
Real CAPEX
Numbers based on current equipment and logistics quotes, not "market average" guesses.
Bank-ready
Format matches the requirements of major banks and leasing companies.
The engineer sits next to the financier
The model is built by the engineer who will later design the line — the numbers match reality.
Counted toward the contract
If you build the line with us, the cost of the business plan is deducted from the contract amount.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers
How much does it cost?
We fix the price on the first call — it depends on the depth of the calculation and number of scenarios.
What if the project doesn't go ahead?
The business plan is billed separately and stays with the customer. If you decide to build the line with us, its cost is credited against the contract.
What data do you need from us?
As a minimum: product, planned volume, region, sales channels. We source the rest ourselves — market data, raw material prices and equipment quotes.
Do you guarantee payback?
We guarantee the accuracy of the calculation and the transparency of assumptions. Payback depends on the market, but we show under what conditions the project stops being profitable.
