Oil filling

Sunflower, olive, rapeseed and technical oil. For viscous products we use weight-based filling: the dose is measured by mass, not volume, so product temperature doesn't affect accuracy.

FAQ

Why is weight filling recommended for oil?

Oil viscosity changes noticeably with temperature, so a volumetric dose drifts. The weight principle measures actual mass and keeps the fill within the packaging-law tolerance.

Can one machine fill both 1 L and 5 L?

Yes, with the right load-cell range and interchangeable conveyor guides. Changeover takes about 30 minutes.
