Engineering highlights

Weight filling

A load cell with feedback at every station, dose deviation from ±0.1 to 0.5% depending on the machine.

Anti-drip nozzles

A shut-off valve with a lifting nozzle — a clean bottle neck before capping.

From semi-automatic to rotary

A range from 400 unit/h on a semi-automatic to 10,000 bph on a rotary machine.

FAQ

Why is weight filling recommended for oil?

Oil viscosity changes noticeably with temperature, so a volumetric dose drifts. The weight principle measures actual mass and keeps the fill within the packaging-law tolerance.

Can one machine fill both 1 L and 5 L?

Yes, with the right load-cell range and interchangeable conveyor guides. Changeover takes about 30 minutes.
