Stage 02 of 9
Technical audit of the site and production facility
Our engineers visit the site and survey the workshop, utilities and logistics. We record site constraints before they turn into rework during installation.
How it works
Stages of work on our side
- 01Engineer site visitWorkshop measurements, survey of foundations, ventilation, electrics, water and drainage.
- 02Process briefProduct, packaging, throughput, automation level, regulatory requirements.
- 03Utilities auditElectrical capacity, water quality, steam, chilling, compressed air, sewage and treatment.
- 04LayoutEquipment placement, product, staff and packaging flows. 2D and 3D model.
- 05Warehouse logisticsPreform and packaging delivery routes, finished goods storage zones, docks, forklift routes.
- 06Report and recommendationsList of site upgrades required, cost and schedule estimate for construction works, project risk map.
Equipment
What we check on site
A multi-vendor approach: we select units for the task and budget, not for a single manufacturer's price list.
- Floor and foundation load capacity for heavy units (blow-fill, palletizer)
- Clearance to the truss bottom chord — for stretch-blow, conveyors and robotic palletizer
- Available electrical capacity, grid quality, backup power
- Chemical and microbiological water analysis, water treatment needs
- Steam, chilling, compressed air — capacity and connection points
- Drainage, treatment facilities, compliance with sanitary and HACCP requirements
What the customer gets
Why this works for us
Zero surprises at installation
All site non-conformities are recorded before the equipment order is placed.
One process brief
The same understanding of the project across customer, integrator and suppliers.
3D line model
We show layout and flows visually — approvals move 2–3x faster.
A priced risk map
Every finding in the report carries a cost and lead-time estimate.
The report works without us
The document is suitable for any integrator — the customer isn't locked into EDEN SYSTEMS.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers
What if we don't have a workshop yet?
We run the audit from documents and the site plan, and separately provide requirements for the future site.
How long does the visit take?
Usually 1–2 days on site; the report follows within 7 business days of the visit.
Is the audit paid?
Yes, but its cost is credited when a design or supply contract is signed.
Do you work outside your home region?
Yes — we work worldwide: CIS, Europe, MENA, South and East Asia.
