Stage 08 of 9
Product marking and certification
We implement mandatory digital marking for water, juices, dairy, beer and alcoholic beverages. We integrate with the national track-and-trace system, the customer's accounting system and line equipment — from DataMatrix application to case and pallet aggregation.
How it works
Stages of work on our side
- 01Requirements auditWe determine the product category, marking start date, reporting scope, DataMatrix and aggregation requirements.
- 02Regulator registrationWe register the manufacturer in the national marking system, obtain digital signatures, configure the dashboard and roles.
- 03EquipmentWe select and install DataMatrix printers, machine-vision cameras, applicators, aggregators and palletizers.
- 04IntegrationWe configure the link between the line, MES and the marking system: code ordering, application, verification, aggregation, market-entry reporting.
- 05Operator trainingWe train the marking operator and the person responsible for reporting — including handling rejects, re-marking and write-offs.
- 06Certification and supportCertificates of conformity, declarations, support during regulator inspections.
Equipment
What we install on the line
A multi-vendor approach: we select units for the task and budget, not for a single manufacturer's price list.
- Inkjet DataMatrix printers — leading industrial brands
- Thermal-transfer label printers
- Machine-vision cameras — in-line code verification
- Label applicators with automatic roll change
- Aggregators "code → case → pallet" — SSCC generation and pallet label printing
- Marking operator software — integration with ERP systems
What the customer gets
Why this works for us
Part of the line, not a bolt-on zone
We embed marking into the main flow without slowing the line or adding manual steps.
Full turnkey cycle
Registration → equipment → integration → training. The customer gets a working system, not a set of components.
Inspection-ready
We configure reporting and logs so regulator inspections pass without fines.
Redundancy
We duplicate critical units (printer, camera) and keep a consumables stock — no marking-related line stoppages.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers
We've already launched the line — can marking be added separately?
Yes. We design a retrofit: find space for the printer and camera, integrate into the existing SCADA, train the operator. Usually 3–5 weeks.
What about rejects and re-marking?
We set up automatic write-off of unverified codes, a separate re-marking station for rejects, and a full audit trail in the marking system.
Do you work with alcohol tracking systems?
Yes. We have a proven integration for beer and low-alcohol products.
Will line speed drop?
Up to 60,000 bph — no. Above that, we use dual printers and parallel verification.
