Stage 04 of 9
Site selection and construction works
We help choose a plot or existing building, connect utilities, prepare the master plan and manage construction — from groundbreaking to workshop handover.
How it works
Stages of work on our side
- 01Site requirementsArea, clear height, loads, electricity, water, drainage, logistics, sanitary zone.
- 02SelectionWe search among existing buildings, industrial parks, special economic zones, or find a plot for construction.
- 03Master plan and designWorkshop layout, warehouse, sanitary zones, administrative block, checkpoints.
- 04PermitsSite plan, utility connection specs, design review, construction permit.
- 05Construction worksWe manage construction as general contractor or technical supervisor. Workshop handed over shell-and-core-plus-finishes.
- 06Ready for installationFlooring, crane beams, switchgear room, water treatment, ventilation — the workshop is ready to receive the line.
Equipment
What we do on site
A multi-vendor approach: we select units for the task and budget, not for a single manufacturer's price list.
- Industrial flooring with a hardened top layer for equipment loads
- Switchgear room, transformer, cable routes and backup power
- Water treatment: mechanical filtration, reverse osmosis, UV, mineralization
- Steam, chilling, compressor station and compressed air networks
- Supply and exhaust ventilation, positive-pressure zones for clean rooms
- Local treatment facilities, grease traps, discharge metering
What the customer gets
Why this works for us
Process engineer × builder in sync
The layout accounts for product flows from day one, not adjusted after the fact.
Special economic zones and industrial parks
Partnerships with major industrial parks and technology zones.
Single point of control
One team — from groundbreaking to signing off on commissioning.
Resident incentives
We help you obtain special economic zone resident status — savings on taxes and utility connections.
Supervision without construction
If your own contractor builds, we take on technical supervision on the customer's behalf.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers
We already have a workshop
Great. In the audit we record non-conformities and adapt the site for the line.
How long does building from scratch take?
For a 2,000–4,000 m² workshop — usually 8–14 months from permit to handover, depending on region and utilities.
Can we lease a building instead of building?
Often that's the smarter move: it saves 6–10 months. We select a building that fits the specific line configuration.
Who handles utility connections?
We take on the technical specs and contracts for power, water and gas connections.
