FAQ
What's the difference between ESL and aseptic?
ESL extends cold-chain shelf life to 30–45 days; aseptic allows room-temperature storage. Aseptic costs more but takes the load off logistics.
How is line hygiene confirmed?
Through a CIP/SIP validation protocol and microbiological swabs at SAT. Every wash cycle is logged by the PLC.
