Engineering highlights
Bottleneck-driven sizing
We design the end of line with a 15–20% margin over filling speed.
Robotics
An articulated robot with a vacuum or mechanical gripper, stacking patterns stored in memory.
Pallet tracking
SSCC label printing and data transfer to the customer's WMS.
FAQ
Robot or conventional palletiser?
A robot is more flexible with frequent pattern changes and takes less space. A gantry palletiser pays off better for a single pattern at very high speed.
Can end-of-line automation be added later?
Yes, provided the floor space and utilities are built into the layout from the start. We always design the plant with room for future automation.
