Line installation and commissioning

Supervised installation, piping, electrics, PLC/SCADA automation, ramp-up to rated output and staff training. We hand over the line with a signed FAT/SAT certificate.

Stages of work on our side

  1. 01
    Installation
Equipment set-up per the layout, anchoring, alignment, piping.
  2. 02
    Utility systems
Electrics, water, steam, air, drainage, CIP/SIP, ventilation.
  3. 03
    Automation
PLC, HMI, SCADA, ERP/MES integration, sensors, data collection.
  4. 04
    Cold start
Checking units without product, conveyor synchronization, safety interlock setup.
  5. 05
    Commissioning and test batches
Ramp-up to rated output, test-run batches, packaging format changeovers.
  6. 06
    SAT and training
Acceptance testing against a checklist, operator and technical staff training, documentation handover.

What supervised installation includes

A multi-vendor approach: we select units for the task and budget, not for a single manufacturer's price list.

  • Rigging and installation of units, including heavy stretch-blow and palletizing equipment
  • Power electrics, control cabinets, cable runs, grounding
  • Piping for water, steam, chilling, compressed air and drainage
  • CIP/SIP start-up and sanitary treatment of the circuit before the first batch
  • PLC programming and SCADA configuration
  • Line integration with ERP / MES and the marking system

Why this works for us

In-house crew
Staff engineers, not subcontractors — a single quality standard.
FAT/SAT protocols
Acceptance against checklists, signed certificates — a legal basis for service.
Certified training
Operators and technicians receive certificates ready for regulatory attestation.
Rated-speed handover
We hand over confirmed throughput and defect rate in the certificate, not just "the line spins".
First-weeks support
An engineer stays on site until the line reaches a stable regime.

Straight answers

Who is responsible for the electrics?
We are. The contract covers full supervised installation, including power and low-voltage circuits.
What's recorded in the SAT?
Throughput in bph per format, defect rate, water and energy consumption, changeover time.
How many people do you need from the customer?
Usually 2–4 future operators and a mechanic — they take part in commissioning and are trained on their own line.
Do you install lines bought elsewhere?
Yes, after a technical audit of the equipment and documentation.
