Supervised installation, piping, electrics, PLC/SCADA automation, ramp-up to rated output and staff training. We hand over the line with a signed FAT/SAT certificate.

What supervised installation includes
A multi-vendor approach: we select units for the task and budget, not for a single manufacturer's price list.
- Rigging and installation of units, including heavy stretch-blow and palletizing equipment
- Power electrics, control cabinets, cable runs, grounding
- Piping for water, steam, chilling, compressed air and drainage
- CIP/SIP start-up and sanitary treatment of the circuit before the first batch
- PLC programming and SCADA configuration
- Line integration with ERP / MES and the marking system

We are. The contract covers full supervised installation, including power and low-voltage circuits.

Throughput in bph per format, defect rate, water and energy consumption, changeover time.
How many people do you need from the customer?
Usually 2–4 future operators and a mechanic — they take part in commissioning and are trained on their own line.
Do you install lines bought elsewhere?
Yes, after a technical audit of the equipment and documentation.
