About the solution
Large containers are heavy and tall, so feeding runs on a slat conveyor rather than an air conveyor, and gripping is done on the body with side clamping. The filling valve has a large bore to keep within cycle time without foaming.
The same platform suits water, vegetable oil and viscous household chemicals: only the valves and the fill recipe change. This is convenient when a plant plans several product lines on one machine set.

How does the 3–10 L line differ from a standard one?
Different container transport and gripping logic, larger-bore valves and, typically, a linear layout at lower speeds. A standard 0.5 L monobloc does not work with large containers without replacing most of its stations.
Can oil be filled on the same line?
Yes, oil requires a weight or volumetric valve and a separate product loop. We design in this compatibility at the project stage.
