Stage 09 of 9
Service, maintenance and warranty around the clock
Scheduled maintenance, a spare parts warehouse, emergency call-outs, remote PLC diagnostics. SLAs are fixed in the contract — line downtime is measured in hours, not days.

What's included in the service contract
A multi-vendor approach: we select units for the task and budget, not for a single manufacturer's price list.
- Scheduled maintenance 2–4 times a year with a checklist and photo report
- 24/7 hotline and remote connection to PLC/SCADA over a secure channel
- Guaranteed response and arrival times fixed in the SLA

What the customer gets
Why this works for us
SLA in the contract
Not "we'll try" — fixed response times and penalties for delays.
Remote diagnostics
We resolve 80% of incidents without a site visit — over a secure VPN to PLC/SCADA.
Our own warehouse
No four-month wait from overseas — critical parts are stocked regionally.
Transparency in the dashboard
Every ticket, visit and replaced part is visible to the customer online, with a full unit history.
Predictive maintenance
Using line data, we forecast wear and replace units on schedule, not in an emergency.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers
What if the equipment isn't ours?
We take on service for lines installed by other integrators, after an initial audit.
What does the service contract cost?
Usually 3–6% of equipment value per year — depends on SLA level, line composition and site distance.
What's covered under warranty?
12–24 months on equipment and installation: defect fixes and unit replacement at our cost, excluding consumables and operating violations.
How fast will an engineer arrive?
24 hours on the base SLA, 8 hours on the extended plan. We have local engineers in our key regions.
