In-line refractometer with feedback to the syrup doser.
FAQ
Can water and soda be filled on one line?
Yes, if the valves are isobaric and a carbonator bypass is provided. We build in that flexibility at the design stage so you don't need a second line.
How is the gas level in the finished product controlled?
An in-line CO2 sensor at the carbonator outlet plus lab checks on sampled bottles. Data is written to the batch log.
