Stage 06 of 9
Equipment supply and logistics
Contracts, customs clearance, insurance, multimodal delivery "to the workshop door" anywhere in the world — CIS, Europe, MENA, Asia.
How it works
Stages of work on our side
- 01ContractingContracts with manufacturers, down payments, quality guarantees, factory acceptance.
- 02FAT at the manufacturerFactory acceptance testing with our engineer and, if desired, the customer present.
- 03CustomsCertification, tariff codes, duties, customs union and parallel import routes.
- 04TransportationSea, rail, road. Cargo insurance, temperature control, vibration monitoring.
- 05ReceivingUnloading, incoming inspection, photo documentation, storage before installation.
- 06ClaimsIf a unit is damaged in transit, we handle it with the insurer and manufacturer without involving the customer.
Equipment
How supply is organized
A multi-vendor approach: we select units for the task and budget, not for a single manufacturer's price list.
- One contract for the whole line instead of 6–10 contracts with manufacturers
- Incoterms DAP / DDP — responsibility for the cargo up to the customer's workshop
- Cargo insurance for full value, including installation risks
- Multimodal routes: sea, rail, road — through key transit hubs
- Online container tracking in the customer's dashboard
- Shock and temperature sensors in containers carrying sensitive units
What the customer gets
Why this works for us
Single contract
The customer doesn't negotiate with 8 suppliers — we do, under one contract.
Predictable timelines
A delivery calendar with weekly reports and tracking.
DAP guarantee
Responsibility for the cargo up to unloading at the customer's workshop.
Currency lock-in
We help fix the exchange rate at the down-payment stage — the project budget doesn't drift.
Completeness checks
We verify the full set before shipment: a missing cable tray won't stall installation for six weeks.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers
Sanctions risk?
We have proven routes through Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and the UAE — fully legal, with a complete document package.
What if delivery dates slip?
The delivery schedule with checkpoints is built into the contract; deviations show up in the customer's dashboard the same day.
Can we attend the FAT at the manufacturer?
Yes, we arrange the visit and invitation. If travel isn't possible, we run the FAT by video call with a signed protocol.
Who pays customs duties?
Under DDP — we do, and it's already in the project budget. Under DAP — the customer, but we prepare the document package.
