Blow-fill-cap combiblock

The combiblock combines PET blowing, filling and capping in a single frame: no air conveyor, no accumulation of empty containers, a smaller plant footprint and lower risk of secondary contamination. The range covers water, carbonated drinks and hot juice filling — from 6,000 to 81,000 bottles per hour.

Can a combiblock be added to an existing line?

Yes, if its cycle matches labelling and packing. We recalculate the line balance and add a buffer if needed.

What if we need to sell the preform separately?

Then a separate scheme is better: blow moulder + air conveyor + triblock. A combiblock is tied to its own filling line.
