Craft can filling
A compact filler-seamer monoblock for breweries and small producers.
- Output
- 1,000–3,000 cans/h
- Container
- Can 330 / 500 mL
- Stations
- 2–4 filling, 1 seaming
- Filling
- Isobaric, counter-pressure
- Oxygen
- Down to 50 ppb with CO2 purge
Can 200–1,000 mL, 1,000–24,000 cans/h
A can has its own mechanics: depalletiser feed, purge, counter-pressure filling for carbonated products and seaming with a roller head. We build lines for beer, energy drinks, soda and cold coffee.
Low O2
CO2 purge and foaming-on before seaming keep oxygen within norm.
Double seam
A seamer with seam-parameter control and a per-shift report.
Format flexibility
Switching can height from 200 to 1,000 mL without changing the main mechanism.

A compact filler-seamer monoblock for breweries and small producers.
An industrial monoblock with a depalletiser, rinser and twin-head seamer.
For unpasteurised craft — no, but shelf life is limited. For industrial volumes we add a tunnel pasteuriser after seaming.
Yes, height adjustment and interchangeable star wheels cover 200–1,000 mL, changeover takes 20–30 minutes.
Describe the product, the target output and the container — we will come back with a preliminary specification, a budget range and a delivery schedule. If the task covers more than one machine, we will map out the whole line.

The same machines serve these products — open the product section to see the full line.
