The catalog is grouped by product: water, carbonated drinks, juices, beer, wine, dairy, oils, sauces, chemicals and cosmetics. Each group holds the lines and machines that fit that product and container.

Drinking water bottling lines
10 series: PET and glass, 2,000–36,000 bph
Filling still and mineral water into PET and glass. A rinser–filler–capper triblock on one frame: a short product path, fewer contamination points, and fast changeover between container formats.

Carbonated soft drink filling
Isobaric filling, carbonation
CSD lines with isobaric filling and dissolved-CO2 control. The product is prepared in a mixer-carbonator and fed to filling under counter-pressure — no gas loss, no foaming.

Juice and pulp drink filling
Hot filling and aseptic
Juices, nectars, cold tea and drinks with fruit particles. We choose between hot filling and aseptic processing based on shelf life, container type and finished-product logistics.

Beer and low-alcohol drink filling
Glass, can, keg
Isobaric filling with low oxygen pickup. We control TPO at every stage: CO2 container purge, counter-pressure filling, capping with a gas cushion.

Wine and spirits filling
Inert atmosphere, glass
Gentle filling into glass bottles with oxygen displaced by nitrogen. Capping with a natural cork, screw cap or T-cork — on one machine with a quick head change.

Dairy product filling
ESL and aseptic
Milk, kefir, yoghurts and plant-based drinks. Hygienic design, sterile air in the filling zone, temperature control across the chain from tank to pallet.

11–19 L bottled water filling
3–5 gallon, 100–1,200 bph
Returnable polycarbonate and single-use PET containers of 11, 12 and 19 litres. The line combines unloading, external and internal washing, disinfection, filling, cap application and heat-shrink cap sleeving — all in one cycle.

Oil filling
Weight and volumetric dosing
Sunflower, olive, rapeseed and technical oil. For viscous products we use weight-based filling: the dose is measured by mass, not volume, so product temperature doesn't affect accuracy.

Sauce and thick-product filling
Ketchup, mayonnaise, jam, honey
High-viscosity products with inclusions. Wide-bore piston dosers, heated hoppers and agitators keep the mass uniform during filling.

Bag, sack and Bag-in-Box filling
Dry and liquid products, 5–1,000 kg
Filling dry and liquid products into bags, valve sacks, bulk bags and Bag-in-Box. Weight dosing: load cells with automatic dribble-feed correction keep pack weight stable even as product density varies.

Household chemicals and technical liquids filling
Surfactants, gels, antiseptics, chlorine, 500–12,000 unit/h
Foaming and aggressive media call for a different approach: an anti-foam submerged nozzle, chemical-resistant seals, dedicated cleaning circuits. Eight base configurations — from antiseptics and sprays to chlorine-based compounds, bleaches and technical liquids in PET, canisters and drums.

Cosmetics and pharmaceutical filling
Creams, lotions, bottles, 1,000–6,000 unit/h
Cosmetics and pharma mean a precise low-volume dose, clean flow paths and careful cap and pump feeding. We automate filling, capping and dispenser assembly for bottles and jars.

PET stretch blow moulding equipment
Preform → bottle, 1,200–40,000 bph
Making the bottle on site removes dependence on a container supplier and cuts logistics: you ship the preform, not air. Linear and rotary blow moulders with integrated preform feed and orientation.

Capping equipment
Screw cap, crown cap, pump, Twist-Off
Capping determines sealing integrity and shelf life. We match the head type to the cap and control tightening torque at every station, logging it in the batch record.

Labelling equipment
Self-adhesive, OPS sleeve, glue
The label is the product's face on the shelf. We match the technology to container type, shape and budget: self-adhesive for flexibility, OPS sleeve for complex geometry, cold glue for large runs.

Packing and palletising
Shrink wrap, corrugated case, robot palletiser
The end of the line sets the real throughput of the plant. Group packing, layer forming and pallet stacking are automated so that no single unit becomes the bottleneck.

PET preform, cap, handle
In-house preform and cap production lowers container cost and removes dependence on a supplier. Injection moulding machines are supplied with the mould, resin drying and a cooling system sized to your format.

Blow-fill-cap combiblock
3-in-1, 6,000–81,000 bph
The combiblock combines PET blowing, filling and capping in a single frame: no air conveyor, no accumulation of empty containers, a smaller plant footprint and lower risk of secondary contamination. The range covers water, carbonated drinks and hot juice filling — from 6,000 to 81,000 bottles per hour.

Aluminium can beverage filling
Can 200–1,000 mL, 1,000–24,000 cans/h
A can has its own mechanics: depalletiser feed, purge, counter-pressure filling for carbonated products and seaming with a roller head. We build lines for beer, energy drinks, soda and cold coffee.

Water treatment
Osmosis, softening, disinfection
The station's composition is set by an analysis of the raw water, not by a catalogue. We design the chain so the water meets the standard for the finished product without paying for unnecessary stages.

Marking and quality inspection
Date coding, codes, inspection
Every unit of product must be readable and traceable. Date, batch and unique-code printing is paired with verification and automatic rejection of unreadable units.

Spares, changeover parts, wear items
A spare-parts stock for machines we supplied and for other manufacturers' equipment. Changeover parts for a new container, maintenance kits and wear items — identified from a drawing or a photo.

Conveyors, accumulation, depalletisers, CIP stations
Between machines, a line lives on conveying and accumulation — and that is where real output is usually lost. We design container feed, buffers ahead of bottlenecks and the sanitation loop as a separate engineering task.
