Juices, nectars, cold tea and drinks with fruit particles. We choose between hot filling and aseptic processing based on shelf life, container type and finished-product logistics.
Hot filling at 85–92 °C
Heat-resistant PET bottle, cooling tunnel, shelf life up to 12 months without preservatives.
Aseptic loop
Container and cap sterilisation, filling in a controlled clean zone, shelf life up to 12 months at room temperature.
Handling pulp
Wide-bore valves, piston dosers for particles.
Hot filling and aseptic
Juice filling at 85–92 °C followed by bottle inversion to sterilise the cap.
A fully closed loop: PET sterilised with hydrogen peroxide, filling in a sterile zone, capping with a treated cap.
A piston module for products with inclusions: fruit chunks, aloe, chia, grains.
Hot filling needs a lower investment and is simpler to run; aseptic is gentler on flavour and vitamins and allows a lighter bottle. We model both scenarios in the project's financial plan.
Yes, either tubular or plate — selected by product viscosity and particle content. It's included in the line specification.
